Trick or Treating – stay safe

Every year, Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary receive calls from people who feel frightened or unsettled by trick-or-treaters. While Halloween is a great opportunity for some spooky fun, it can be worrying for elderly or vulnerable neighbours.

Please help us keep everyone safe and happy this Halloween — if a house is displaying a “No Trick or Treat” poster, kindly respect their wishes and don’t knock.

If you know someone who would prefer not to receive trick or treaters, pick up a copy of the “No Trick or Treat” poster from the Parish Council office, Fryern Pavilion.

Let’s all look out for one another and make this Halloween an enjoyable night for the whole community!
