What an amazing evening it was for our inaugural Proms in the Park.

Nearly 600 people enjoyed two hours of live music by talented local performers, with many favourite Proms pieces being performed.

It was wonderful to see so many had brought picnics and picnic rugs to enjoy the evening with family and friends.

It was also wonderful to see so many enjoying the stalls available -

• Wild Garlic Catering - burgers, hotdogs, loaded fries and other savoury treats.
• Swedish Baking Studio - a wide selection of incredible cinnamon buns.
• Marucci ice cream - for that end of summer sweet treat
• 4th Hiltingbury Scouts - teas, coffees and other light refreshments.

This included Kiddies Heaven face painting who were busy all evening providing that extra sparkle to so many young faces.

Our thanks to Locks Heath Classic Car Club and Winchester MG Owners Club who brought a selection of their vintage vehicles.  Having the opportunity to see a Model T Ford up close and personal was very special.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and we have loved seeing your photos on social media.
