Have your say on plans for new homes at Station Lane, Chandler’s Ford

Join Eastleigh Borough Council at a drop-in consultation event to help shape proposals for new homes on the Station Lane site.

📍 Centrestage Productions Youth Theatre, The Arch, Station Lane, Chandler’s Ford SO53 4DD

Their proposals include:
– A mix of 1-bedroom & 2-bedroom apartments
– Improved access from Station Lane
– Opportunities to improve local walking and cycling connections
– Energy efficient homes with a high quality design
– New landscaped space
– Protecting and improving habitats for local wildlife
– On-site parking for residents

This brownfield site will become vacant following the relocation of the youth theatre. Eastleigh Borough Council want to hear your views on how future development should look and feel.
