Cornwall Road Playground – Asset Transfer Complete
Those eagle-eyed amongst you may have recently noticed a change in signage at Cornwall Road Playground.
We are pleased to now be able to share that Chandler’s Ford Parish Council has successfully completed the asset transfer of the playground from Eastleigh Borough Council, bring the total number of playgrounds owned and managed by the Parish Council to ten.
Alongside a number of parcels of land throughout Velmore, this transfer has been in planning for some time and was completed earlier this year.
Residents will now begin to see our team working in these areas far more regularly as we continue to invest in and care for these valued community spaces for everyone to enjoy
