Eastleigh Borough Council is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the two cemeteries within the Parish of Chandler's Ford. Both are accessible at all times for walking visitors but Ramalley Cemetery only is open for vehicular access during opening hours.

The Cemeteries are managed and maintained under the Local Authorities' Cemeteries Order 1977 and the Local Authorities' Cemeteries (Amendment) Order 1986. They all provide water tap facilities and litter bins.

The Cemetery office staff are based at the Hedge End Deport, Botley Road, Hedge End and undertake the administration and management of the cemeteries. They aim to provide the highest maintenance standards throughout the cemeteries and ensure that a caring, supportive and sensitive service is provided to those who are experiencing bereavement.
